When will the boxes ship?
We’ll start mailing our Summer 2021 Boxes the last week of May, so you can expect to receive this at the beginning of the new season.
Do you ship to the Mainland USA?
Yes! We’ll mail your box anywhere on Mainland USA and neighbor islands.
Can I gift this subscription to a friend?
Yes! She’ll absolutely love it. Simply provide us with her mailing address at checkout.
How often will I get a box?
You’ll receive a new box at the beginning of every season. That’s a total of four boxes a year for Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.
What is my billing cycle?
You’ll be billed every 3 months on the same day of your original purchase. Meaning if you subscribe on May 10th for our Summer Box, you’ll be billed for your Fall Box on August 10th.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! When you subscribe, you’ll be asked to create a profile where you can update your subscription at any time.
