It is our guiding light to treat you as whole body & being to support your healing with movement to live empowered. In Hawaiian culture, Mana is the spiritual life force energy and healing power. It exists in all objects and persons. In our lives, we can gain or lose mana. Our purpose is to expand human potential by cultivating one’s inner mana or physical mana.

Why you started: I wanted to create a space of healing that I truly felt patient's deserved.
